Wölffer Estate is expanding its empire once again: A new restaurant is slated to open this spring in Amagansett.

Siblings Marc and Joey Wölffer, the owners of Wölffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack, opened their first restaurant, Sag Harbor’s Wölffer Kitchen, in 2015. The new restaurant will also be led by executive chef Brian Cheewing and, according to a Wölffer Estate spokeswoman, will feature “coastal American” cuisine.

The restaurant will have a different vibe and feel from Wölffer Kitchen, the spokeswoman noted, though the design details are still being finalized.

The name of the new venture has not been revealed as of yet. It will be located at 4 Amagansett Square, where Meeting House Restaurant was located, and will be open year-round.

Wölffer Kitchen is the first winery-owned restaurant in the Hamptons. The menu is modern American, with Mediterranean influences.

Meanwhile, at the vineyard in Sagaponack, the tasting room has been closed for renovations, but will reopen soon. The Wölffer Wine Stand on Montauk Highway remains open.
