C.L. Fornari, an author, blogger and radio host who focuses on the subject of gardening, will present a virtual garden tour on Wednesday, May 5, at 12:30 p.m., sponsored by Southampton’s Rogers Memorial Library.

Titled “There’s Treasure Everywhere,” the talk will include images of private and public gardens from coast to coast, as well as ideas, information and inspiration for home gardens.

“Enjoy the many styles of gardens, get design ideas, learn about new plants and combinations, and see how others have solved gardening problems,” the library’s invitation states.

Ms. Fornari blogs at gardenlady.com and her books include “Sand & Soil: Creating Beautiful Gardens on Cape Cod and the Islands,” “The Cocktail Hour Garden,” “A Garden Lover’s Martha’s Vineyard” and more.

All who attend will receive a handout with tips for design, plant names, and a list of the public gardens shown.

To register for the program, visit the library’s calendar at rogersmemorial.librarycalendar.com or call 631-283-0774 extension 523. Registrants will receive an email with login information prior to the event.
