A “shovel-ready” Sag Harbor Village waterfront property recently sold for $5.38 million, and plans are in the works for a sleek modern home on the site.
The 0.72-acre west-facing lot at 154 Redwood Road is on Brush Neck, between the Big Narrows and the Small Narrows, with sunset views across Sag Harbor Cove. It has 85 feet of private shore with a dock and can accommodate a 6,000-square-foot residence.
Dana Trotter, the managing partner of The Agency Hamptons, had the listing. She noted that she has sold the property not just once, but twice.
“It’s a magical spot with western-facing sunset views,” she said. “It has permits in place for a very special Blaze Makoid-designed home that the new owners will be building out. I can’t wait to finally see this project come to life with a beautiful, new home.”
The deal closed on October 26, according to Suffolk Vision Inc., which reported the seller was Etravler154 LLC and the new owners are Larry and Amy Mestel.
It last traded in 2021 for $5.28 million.
