A south of the highway Amagansett property with a 6,275-square-foot home and a pool house has changed hands for $5.3 million.

Eugene Yoon is the new owner of 86 Meeting House Lane, and David Matty and Sara Ryba were the sellers, according to The Real Estate Report Inc.

The traditional-style residence on a half-acre flag lot has six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The house is wired with a Control4 Smart Home operating system, a security system, and a Sonos sound system throughout.

The foyer has 25-foot ceilings and fills with natural light. The large living room has a fireplace, and the gourmet kitchen has high-end appliances, a spacious breakfast area and butler’s pantry that connects to a formal dining room with coffered ceilings. A mudroom has an Electrolux washer and dryer and leads to the two-car garage and the first-floor junior master.

The master suite on the second level features two walk-in closets, a large bathroom with dual vanities, a free-standing soaking tub, a shower and a private balcony overlooking the grounds. Three guest bedrooms and another laundry area can also be found on the second level.

And then there’s the lower level with an additional 2,000-square-feet of living space including a bedroom, a bathroom, a rec room, a media room with a fireplace and 5.1 surround sound, and a gym.

Also among the amenities are a covered porch with a fireplace and large bluestone patio on the south side of the house, and an outdoor shower. The grounds are planted with mature trees.

The saltwater gunite pool is 20 by 40 feet, and the pool house is equipped with a kitchenette.

The property was most recently asking $5.8 million.

Martha Gundersen had the listing for Douglas Elliman.

Sticking in Amagansett, the 2.1-acre estate at 84 Indian Wells Highway is on the market. Not only is it one of the largest parcels south of the highway in Amagansett, it’s also said to be the first summer house ever built in the hamlet.

Set far back from the road, the 1875 farmhouse is complemented by a heated pool and a 3-car detached garage.

The asking price is $9.53 million and the Corcoran listing suggests this is an opportunity to renovate and expand, or to build a new compound. Randi Ball has the listing.
