A Bridgehampton estate abutting a farm field and with views of neighboring paddocks has sold for $10.6 million.

At 38 West Pond Drive, the contemporary shingle style home was designed by Matthew Bremer of Architecture in Formation and updated in 2020. It’s approximately 8,500 square feet with eight bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, extra rooms and a finished basement.

The estate also includes a four-car garage, a heated gunite pool and spa, porches, terraces, a pergola, an outdoor kitchen and a pool house.

“The landscape, architecture and decor merge seamlessly into a palette at once casual and glamorous,” the Brown Harris Stevens listing states, “Sophisticated details throughout speak to style, quality and graciousness.”

The backyard faces the sunset. The list price was $11.75 million.

John Vitello and Amelia Doggwiler of Brown Harris Stevens represented the seller.

“This property is a uniquely stylized Hamptons estate with exceptional details throughout,” they offered.

Christopher Burnside, also from Brown Harris Stevens, brought the buyers.

The deal closed on October 19, according to Suffolk Vision Inc., which reported that the seller was 38Westpond LLC and the new owners are Marc and Melinda Feinberg.
