A Bridgehampton estate by Konner Development with a putting green and deeded ocean beach access recently sold for $16.65 million.

On 1.2 acres at 228 Surfside Drive in Bridgehampton, the estate was built in 2009 and offers nine bedrooms, 11.5 bathrooms and an attached three-car garage.

Enter the double-height foyer with oak floors that lead to paneled rooms: a great room, a living room and a library, each with its own fireplace. The formal dining room opens through French doors to a covered terrace, for al fresco dining. A bar area and an additional covered space off the great room provide more space for entertaining with ocean views.

The chef’s kitchen with Calacatta gold marble countertops, custom cabinetry and premium appliances is served by a butler’s pantry equipped with a wine cooler and an ice maker. An adjoining breakfast area offers views of the ocean.

A junior primary suite is on the first floor along with an additional en suite bedroom, plus a half bath. Upstairs, the primary suite with a semi-circular layout and vaulted ceilings has French doors that open to a private balcony with ocean views. The wing also includes two studies, a bathroom, dual dressing and makeup areas, and a pair of walk-in closets. Rounding out the level are an oceanview den, four more guest suites — one with a private sitting room — and a waterview living room.

The lower level has 3,300 square feet of finished space, including a large wine cellar, a bar, a gym, a media room, a recreation room, a living room with a fireplace, and two en suite bedrooms, one featuring a steam shower.

An elevator provides access to all levels.

The grounds include an 18-by-50-foot heated gunite pool, landscaping designed by landscape architect Mario Nievera of Nievera Williams, an open-air pavilion with a fireplace and barbecue area, and a pool house.

Vincent Horcasitas of Saunders & Associates had the listing.

The deal closed on January 27, according to Suffolk Vision Inc., which reported that the seller was 228 Surfside LLC and the new owners are Agha Khan and Aima Raza.

The last asking price was $17.9 million.
