A traditional gambrel-style residence south of the highway in Bridgehampton recently sold for $9.79 million

On 1.8 acres at 52 Harvest Lane on a cul-de-sac, the professionally decorated residence has six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two half baths.

Two of those full bathrooms are in the first-floor master suite, which has a fireplace, many closets and an office with views of the backyard.

The open floor plan living/dining room has exposed barn beams and many windows for abundant natural light. The professional-grade kitchen adjoins a second dining room/sunroom with a fireplace. A butler’s pantry, an oversized laundry room and two TV rooms round out the first floor, according to the listing.

The second floor boasts a junior master suite and four more bedrooms.

On the grounds, enjoy a 20-foot-by-40-foot heated gunite pool, a fire pit, and half-court basketball. The property also features a detached three-car garage with a playroom and a full bathroom.

The property comes with a 50 percent share of an adjacent 5.9-acre agricultural reserve.

The seller was Nina Richter and the new owner is Chandler Capital LLC, according to The Real Estate Report Inc. The deal closed on April 1.

The Hamptons Team at The Corcoran Group — Debbie Brenneman, Charlie Esposito and Debbie Loeffler — had the listing.
