The Corcoran Group honored its top New York brokers and teams at the firm’s 2024 awards ceremony last month at Cipriani 42nd Street, including East End agents.

“The Corcoran Awards Ceremony is one of my favorite times of the year,” said Corcoran President and CEO Pamela Liebman. “Not only is it a chance for us to come together, it is an important opportunity to celebrate our agents’ success. 2023 tested this industry’s mettle like never before, yet we stand stronger than ever, a testament to the unwavering dedication of everyone at Corcoran.”

Liebman recounted the firm’s milestones in 2023 which included, among others, Corcoran Sunshine’s successful marketing of eight of Manhattan’s top 10 best-selling new development properties, and the Corcoran Affiliate Network’s growth throughout the country and internationally into Italy and Canada.

The East End Deal of the Year Award was a tie, with the deals both topping $50 million.

Associate broker Eileen O’Neill was honored for her role in the sale of 121 Further Lane in East Hampton, for $52 million. Known as Lasata, the estate is where First Lady Jackie Kennedy Onassis spent childhood summers. The Juracich Team, led by Catherine Juracich, was recognized for the sale of 442 Further Lane in Amagansett, by architect Francis Fleetwood, for $51 million.

East End honorees also included Susan Breitenbach, the top salesperson, and Mala Sander+Team, the top sales team.
