On 0.64 acre at 170 Dune Road, the 6,100-square-foot traditional was built in 2008. It has seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and one partial bath.
A formal living room with a fireplace is located on the first floor, along with a chef’s eat-in kitchen, a butler’s pantry, a formal dining room, a theater, a study and an office/bedroom. Two master suites with spa baths are on the second floor, where four en-suite guest bedrooms and a gym are found.
Also among the amenities are a private dock, deeded ocean access, a heated gunite pool, a spillover hot tub and waterfall, and a two-car garage.
The deal closed July 7. The seller was Ascend Westhampton Partners LLC and the new owner is Sandra Rosenthal. Stoebe & Shuster Real Estate Group of Westhampton Beach represented both the seller and the buyer; broker-owner Thomas Stoebe and agent Daniel Gruen made the deal.
