The East Hampton Point restaurant, marina and resort in Springs is on the market for $29 million. The 5-acre property on Three Mile Harbor Road belongs to BJD Enterprises and includes a marina with 58 boat slips, a boatyard and a ship’s store. There are also 13 cottages and seven suites in a main house, as well as a pool and tennis court.

The restaurant and bar, which face the harbor, prominently feature an 18-foot racing sailboat that once belonged to John B. Mooney, the prior owner. The fully rigged boat is named JADE, an acronym representing Mr. Mooney’s older children.

East Hampton Point has been on and off the market over the last few years, once asking for a reported $34 million about four years ago.
