An East Hampton Village estate on a private road off Lily Pond Lane with deeded beach access has sold for $15 million.
At 15 Drew Lane, the 0.68-acre property hosts a circa 1915 traditional once known as the Blumer House, according to the Compass listing. The grandfathered, nonduplicable features of the estate include the 4,300-square-foot house, the site of the large barn/garage and a shed-house with an outdoor shower. The estate also comes with mature trees and landscaping, including a weeping beech tree at the circular driveway.
The house has six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and a half bath, a great room added in 1995, a covered front porch, a screened porch and a widow’s walk.
The sellers were Barbara, Ami and Robert Schulman, and the buyer was Sophia Hudson, according to Suffolk Vision Inc., which reported that the sale closed on October 4, 2023.
James Petrie and the Petrie Team at Compass had the listing.
“15 Drew Lane is located on one of the most sought after streets in the East Hampton estate section,” Petrie said. “The house dates back to the original summer colony, which was established in the early 1900s. What makes this property truly unique is the deeded ocean access to one of East Hampton’s most beautiful beaches.”
