Ellie Awards Recognize Top Performers

On Wednesday, March 19, Douglas Elliman announced the winners of the 2025 Ellie Awards, which honor the firm’s top-performing agents throughout the nation.

The Pinnacle Club Award winners from the Hamptons and North Fork, presented to agents and teams who made over $1 million in 2024, included Paul Brennan, Thomas Cavallo, Erica Grossman, Martha Gundersen, Kristy B. Naddell, The Atlantic Team, The Enzo Morabito Team, and The Michael Lorber Team.

The Billion Dollar Club went to The Eklund | Gomes Team. In the Hamptons, the Eklund | Gomes team is led by Kyle Rosko and Marcy Braun.

The award for Hamptons & North Fork Rookie of the Year went to Liz Porter of the Westhampton Beach office.

Dawn Neway was named the #1 Rental Agent in the Hamptons by Transactions.
