Also on the first level are a dining room, a den an eat-in kitchen, a living room, and a sitting room with a 25-foot ceiling. A 572-square-foot two-car garage is attached, and a deck has an outdoor shower.

On the top floor are two en suite bedrooms, including one with a 16-foot ceiling, an open room and a landing with bookshelves that overlooks the kitchen and sitting room.

A recreational room with an 8-foot ceiling is found in the basement along with a wine cellar, storage and mechanicals.
