The sale of a new build in Bridgehampton that went into contract just one week after it hit the market in July has closed for $10.5 million, according to The Real Estate Report Inc.

The asking price for 3 Polo Court had been $10.95 million. On 1.9 acres in horse country, the residence by Farrell Building Company is 11,230 square feet, inclusive of the lower level. It has nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms and one half-bath. Both the first floor and the second floor have a master suite with walk-in closets.

The double-height foyer flows to a great room with a fireplace and a wall of glass doors to the patio, which overlooks the heated gunite pool and spa, according to the Saunders & Associates listing. The eat-in chef’s kitchen with dining area has a 2-inch marble-topped island, marble countertops and custom cabinetry, and top-of-the-line appliances.

Upstairs, many of the bedrooms have balcony access. Across the rear of the house, a stone patio extends the entire distance and has both open and covered areas.

Also among the amenities are a tennis court, a pool house, a brand new theater and three-plus-car garage.

Terry Cohen of Saunders had the listing.
