The buyer was Daniel Hafner, according to The Real Estate Report Inc.
The property was last sold in January 2018 for $7 million, and the existing house was razed to make way for a 9,500-square-foot residence by East End Builders with seven bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms and an open concept.
