A new modern build in Bridgehampton with deeded ocean access has sold for $17.2 million, after last asking $18.95 million.
The buyer was Daniel Hafner, according to The Real Estate Report Inc.
The property was last sold in January 2018 for $7 million, and the existing house was razed to make way for a 9,500-square-foot residence by East End Builders with seven bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms and an open concept.
The site is 1 acre with a gated entry. Among the outdoor living spaces are a 1,300-square-foot rooftop ipe wood deck overlooking the Atlantic, a 4,000-square-foot blue marble patio and multiple terraces. The 50-by-20 saltwater gunite pool includes a spa and an 8-foot-wide waterfall edge. A Paradigm Garden oasis music system with two 12-inch subterranean subwoofers and six-inch satellite speakers hidden in the landscaping serve the outdoor entertaining areas. And the pool house has its own lounge area, 20-foot-wide folding doors, a kitchen, a wet bar, a changing room, a full bath and a washer and dryer.
Now, the main house has ipe siding, metal Alucobond panels and Kolbe VistaLuxe Collection windows and doors. Home controls and security can all be controlled from any mobile device. Stealth Acoustics speakers are invisible throughout. A lower level offers abundant storage and a four-car garage has heated floors.
Bespoke Real Estate had the listing and represented the buyer as well.
