A renovated Southampton Village estate section home, offered completely furnished, recently sold for $10.1 million.

The chic and turn-key resort home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, according to the Corcoran listing. Amenities include a heated Gunite pool and spa, a pool house, an all-weather tennis court, and a practice golf green/sand trap/chipping area.

A poolside deck has space for al fresco dining or large-scale entertaining served by a chef’s kitchen with a large center island. Indoor common areas continue with a great room, formal dining room, media room and finished lower level.

The principal bedroom suite has a study, a private deck overlooking the pool and grounds, and dual full baths.

The estate is outfitted with Savant smart home automation and control and an Eclipse full-house germicidal UV light filtering system.

Associate broker Rik Kristiansson, the listing agent, said “the house came immaculately renovated and completely designer furnished and equipped down to the pots, pans and serviceware, making it truly turnkey for the new owners.”

He added that the arrangement was also attractive to the seller, who had moved halfway around the world, did not need the furniture, sheets, towels, etc., and was able to avoid holding an estate sale.

“A very nice deal for both parties at a very agreeable price,” Kristiansson said.

The deal closed on March 2, according to The Real Estate Report Inc. Both the seller’s and buyer’s identities were shielded by limited liability companies.

The property last changed hands in 2014 for $7.69 million, according to town property records.
