Quick-and-easy-cooking television personality Rachael Ray and her husband, attorney and musician John Cusimano, have sold their Southampton home and land for $3.25 million.

The Tuckahoe Lane property is in the hamlet of Tuckahoe and between Southampton Golf Club and Shinnecock Hills Golf Club.

The 3,000-square-foot single-story home on 6-plus acres is complemented by a four-room pool house. The main residence has an open living and dining area, a gourmet kitchen — naturally — three en-suite bedrooms and a media area.

The heated gunite pool is surrounded by a bluestone patio with pergola, and an additional one-room structure is sited on the north end of the property.

The 6 acres are actually two parcels, with the existing house on a 1-acre parcel. The other 5 acres have development potential for another residence.

Ms. Ray and Mr. Cusimano first listed the home in 2017 with Brown Harris Stevens for $4.9 million. When it sold, Angela Boyer Stump had the listing for Sotheby’s International Realty, which also brought the buyer.
