Serhant in Water Mill has announced its top agent awards for 2024.

The No. 1 agent by sales volume is Jack Richardson of the Jack Richardson Team, which also took top team honors for the region. The No. 1 agent for transaction volume is Dawn Watson. And the Rising Star Award goes to Kelsey O’Connor.

Serhant opened in the Hamptons in 2022 founded by Ryan Serhant, a broker, author and star of reality television shows “Million Dollar Listing New York,” “Sell It Like Serhant” and “Owning Manhattan.”
