In Amagansett North, a new build at 39 Timber Trail has sold for $11 million, with a last asking price of $11.7 million.

Sited on two acres in the Amagansett Bell Estate section through a private gated entry, the transitional home is more than 10,000 square feet, with eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and 3 half baths. It features floor-to-ceiling windows and doors in almost every room and also offers intimate living spaces.

On the lower level, find a recreation room/media room, a spa room with steam shower and sauna, a gym, wine cellar, full laundry room with dual washers and dryers, plus two more ensuite bedrooms. The outdoor lounge area has a built-in barbecue, a shallow lounge pool, a lap pool, and a large spa.

Associate broker Martha Gundersen of Douglas Elliman had the listing.

“The visionaries behind this home were developers, Larry and Stephen Kane, second- and third-generation builders with a pristine reputation for quality, value, and experience,” Gunderson said. “The property is on two acres of perfectly landscaped land on 200 acres of preserve. There are two kitchens, two pools, a two-car garage and 10,000 square feet of meticulously finished space, light filled, yet intimate.”

The buyer was Willow Forest LLC and the deal closed on September 26, Suffolk Vision Inc. reported.
