SAG HARBOR VILLAGE — A couple who parked their car on Hampton Street near the elementary school, where they were picking up their child the afternoon of March 25, heard the sound of breaking glass as they walked away from the vehicle, and discovered that someone had smashed their rear passenger window with a rock.
