Bonac Boys Soccer to Playoffs The East Hampton boys soccer team went into its regular-season finale at home on Monday afternoon needing to defeat playoff-bound Hauppauge to clinch a Suffolk County Class AA postseason berth. Things weren’t looking promising to start, as the Bonackers faced a 2-0 deficit at halftime, and then a 3-1 deficit with 10 minutes remaining regulation. This is after back-to-back losses to Harborfields (2-1) at home on October 7 and at Half Hollow Hills West (5-0) on October 9.
