Raffet A. Azzouz, 42, of Manhattan was arrested on misdemeanor DWI charges by Sag Harbor Village Police a little after midnight on Saturday. Police said Azzouz was driving a 2011 Aston Martin eastbound on Bay Street in the westbound lane, nearly colliding with an oncoming patrol car. The officer did a U-turn and pulled Azzouz over. The officer reported that Azzouz appeared intoxicated and failed roadside sobriety tests. At headquarters, after the arrest, Azzouz consented to a breath test, which, according to police, produced a reading slightly over the .08 mark that defines intoxication in the State of New York. 3 Oct 2024 by Staff Writer
