Lucia Macario-Morales, 38, of Westhampton was arrested by Southampton Town Police at about 11:15 p.m. on January 24 and charged with felony aggravated DWI after being pulled over on County Road 39 for, police said, driving erratically and failing to stop at a stop sign. A check of DMV records revealed that her driver’s license was suspended and that she was required to have an interlock device installed on her vehicle. Macario-Morales then was deemed to be intoxicated after performing poorly on a field sobriety test.
