Southampton's Veterans Day Ceremony Set for November 11

The Commission on Veterans Patriotic Events will host its annual Veterans Day ceremony on Monday, November 11, at 11 a.m. at Agawam Park in Southampton. Prior to the service, there will be a short parade from the First Presbyterian Church, down Jobs Lane, to the park. We recently had the honor of addressing the breakfast meeting of the Southampton Democratic Club, headed by Barbara Weber-Floyd.
