The Sag Harbor Historical Museum was awarded a $10,000 grant to restore headstones in Sag Harbor’s Old Burying Ground on Union Street. The grant was from the Robert David Lion Gardiner Foundation, which supports projects that highlight New York history. The group of headstones to be repaired were severely damaged in the Hurricane of 1938 and have remained broken in multiple pieces and partially buried in the ground since that time. Santa at Shinnecock Community Center on Saturday

A chance to have pictures taken with Santa will be available at a breakfast/brunch hosted by the Shinnecock Community Center on Saturday, December 21, from 8 a.m. to noon. The center is located at 100 Church Street, Southampton. All proceeds will go to Hamptons Community Outreach’s home repair program on Shinnecock territory. Cookie Exchange at LTV Studios

LTV Studios will host a Community Cookie Exchange on Saturday, December 21, from 2 to 4 p.m. Guests may enjoy cookies, music, crafts, and raffles. Proceeds will go toward paying for LTV’s new roof and to the South Fork Performing Arts Education Fund. Nonperishable food items will also be collected for LTV’s Little Free Food Pantry in exchange for cookies to take home for the holidays.
