Bruce W. Carter Of Speonk Dies June 17

Bruce W. Carter of Speonk died on June 17. He was 68.

He is survived by his wife Patricia Braune; his children, Susan and Todd Kosinski, Courtney Carter, Christopher Carter and Brittany Carter; his grandchildren Ryan Kosinski and Alex Kosinski; his mother Shirley Carter; and his sister Dorothy Remaly.

Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, June 25, from 2-5 p.m. at Werner-Rothwell Funeral Home, 60 Mill Road, Westhampton Beach.

A 65-year-old Bridgehampton resident has been charged with lying on his green card application by concealing his role as a leader in the 1994 genocide in Rwanda, the U.S. Department of Justice announced.
