Luis Cruz Chuchuca, 31, of Hampton Bays was arrested at about 4:20 p.m. on September 28 and charged with misdemeanor aggravated DWI after the car he was driving was involved in a collision with another car at Flanders Road and Old Riverhead Road in Hampton Bays.
