A chance to have pictures taken with Santa will be available at a breakfast/brunch hosted by the Shinnecock Community Center on Saturday, December 21, from 8 a.m. to noon. The center is located at 100 Church Street, Southampton. All proceeds will go to Hamptons Community Outreach’s home repair program on Shinnecock territory. The State Legislature delivered a bill that provides for reinstatement of recognition and acknowledgment of the Montaukett Indian Nation to Governor Kathy Hochul last Thursday, December 12.
