As the Christmas holiday approaches, I wanted to give my thanks to all of our Department of Public Works employees.
We have had some tough times, and all of you have worked hard to adapt. The amazing amount of decorating you have pulled off again this year brings joy to our residents and visitors. Our office has received many compliments on how beautiful our village looks during this festive season. The lights and decorations help all of us feel a little bit better.
May the peace and joy this holiday brings be with you and your family.
Thank you all.
Gary J. Goleski

We all arose while it was still pitch black outside, on a cold and raw morning. We drove to our assigned locations and arrived well before 5 a.m. We worked all day, either signing in voters or distributing ballots, or...
