Thomas Woods Lawton, 23, a Sag Harbor resident, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of DWI around midnight on Friday in Sag Harbor. Becker, 59, was arraigned in the village’s Justice Court on Friday on two felony charges of weapons possession, following a court-ordered emergency police search of his residence on December 10.
