As one of the many who consider “legal ethics” oxymoronic, I wonder what behavior could possibly be outrageous enough for fellow attorneys to have sanctioned John Leonard [“Democratic Candidate Acknowledges Past Law License Suspensions,” 27east.com, January 24]. Please, someone, no pussyfooting, just provide a clear and detailed history.
Mr. Leonard need have no fear. Whatever crimes he may or may not have committed, someone in today’s Washington will pardon him.
