Spring Break Programs Continue At Southampton History Museum

Spring break programs continue at the Southampton History Museum with a program titled Historic Plants & Farming on Thursday, April 17, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. The outdoor program offers children the opportunity to learn about historical farming tools and explore plants commonly grown in colonial herb gardens. Participants will learn about the fascintating history of the landmark mulberry tree on the Rogers Mansion lawn. Meatballs on the Menu at Scholarship Fundraiser

The North Sea Sportsman’s Association will host its 26th annual Spaghetti Dinner on Saturday, April 26, at the North Sea Community House, across from the firehouse on Noyac Road. The takeout only event will have service from 4 to 8 p.m. The dinner is a fundraiser for the group’s scholarship fund, which is awarded to two graduates of Southampton High School who intend to study environmental conservation.
