Hernan Lisntuna-Chuchuca, 42, of Patchogue was arrested by Southampton Town Police at about 7 p.m. on October 10 and charged with misdemeanor DWI after police responded to a report of a person sleeping in a vehicle in the southbound lane of Tuckahoe Road in Southampton. An officer said they woke Lisintuna-Chuchuca and determined that he was intoxicated. He was placed under arrest and held overnight for arraignment in court the next day.
