Eric Franklin Pavlak, 50, of East Longmeadow passed away unexpectedly November 13, 2022. Born April 24, 1972 in Southampton, NY, he was a son to Edmund Pavlak and the late Joan (Peterson) Pavlak. He was a graduate of Westhampton Beach High School and Springfield Technical Community College.
Eric proudly served our country with the United States Marine Corps for six years and was the founder and owner of Non-Profit Technology Assurance Group, a company that assisted local non-profits with managing their Information Technology. He leaves behind his wife of 19 years, Jeannine (Boisvert) Pavlak. Eric always wanted a big family and he was blessed to have five children Thomas Francis Burns IV and his wife, Anneliese, Allyson Marie Burns, Caitlin Nichole Pavlak, Ethan Robert Pavlak and Anna Leigh Pavlak.
He is further survived by his four siblings Kathy Kraner and her partner Ty Davis of Las Vegas, NV, Susan Borsella of Chester, MA, Joe Pavlak and his wife Linda of Eastport, NY, and Aimee Lunden and her husband Eric of Agawam, MA; along with countless other loving relatives and friends. Eric will be remembered by his family for his lightening quick wit, his extremely detailed explanations, his love for all things Ireland, his adoration for his border collie, Molly and his love for his wife, Jeannine.
Calling hours for Eric will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2022 from 1-4PM at Colonial Forastiere Funeral Home, 985 Main St., Agawam. A funeral service will be held at 8:30AM on Monday, November 21st at the funeral home, followed by burial with military honors in the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Agawam. In lieu of flowers, his family requests donations be made in Eric’s name to Mission 22, 694 N. Larch St. #910, Sisters, OR 97759.
