Winners of Southampton Rose Show Announced

The Southampton Rose Society has announced the winners of its 47th annual Rose Show, which took place on June 15 at Rogers Memorial Library. In addition, June 14 was the fourth annual Rose Day celebration in Southampton Village, in which local business owners are invited to create a rose display retail competition. The rose was declared the official flower of Southampton Village in 2019, and it is also the official flower of New York State and the United States of America. The East End Arts & Humanities Council’s Board of Directors has named Creative Director Wendy Weiss the council’s new executive director. Former Executive Director Diane Burke resigned. St. Ann’s Episcopal Church on Main Street in Bridgehampton will offer its annual Jazz Mass on Sunday, July 7, at 10 a.m. All are welcome to attend the popular service.
