Fire Destroys Tent, But Bridgehampton Wedding Goes On

Fire swept through a large party tent Friday behind a home on Lockwood Avenue in Bridgehampton. The Bridgehampton Fire Department, with help from Sag Harbor and East Hampton firefighters, extinguished the blaze, and the party, scheduled for Saturday, went on in a second tent that had already been erected for the event.
