SOUTHAMPTON VILLAGE — A Miller Road resident reported to police on October 10 that he had confronted two men sitting in separate cars in front of his house with loud music playing. When approached, both vehicles drove away but circled the neighborhood and one of them, a short time later, crashed into a commercial trailer parked on the road and the driver got out and ran to the other car, which then drove away. Hernan Lisntuna-Chuchuca, 42, of Patchogue was arrested by Southampton Town Police at about 7 p.m. on October 10 and charged with misdemeanor DWI after police responded to a report of a person sleeping in a vehicle in the southbound lane of Tuckahoe Road in Southampton. An officer said they woke Lisintuna-Chuchuca and determined that he was intoxicated. He was placed under arrest and held overnight for arraignment in court the next day.
