James T. Bradley Jr., of Southampton, died May 26, 2022, at East End Hospice Kanas Center of cancer. He was 60.
He was born on November 22, 1961, to James and Joan (nee Rosko) Bradley in Southampton.
Bradley worked at V.A.V. Classics in Southampton and, according to survivors, is known as the number one “spray guy” in the Hamptons. Cars were his passion. He had a personal collection of hot rods that he built and often displayed at many local car shows. He loved his cat, his plants, NASCAR and his family. Survivors said that Bradley could often be found in his yard amongst his giant elephant ears plants or you could find him at the grill barbecuing dinner to perfection.
Bradley enjoyed joking with his coworkers and hanging out with his friends on Friday mornings eating Dunkin Donuts, drinking coffee and shooting the breeze. He had a caring relationship for his mother, shared an interest in cars with his brother Jeff, and adored his sister, Deborah.
Bradley is survived by his mother, Joan; daughter Deborah Bennett; brother Jeff Bradley; and sister-in-law Shannon Bradley; two nieces, Emily Bennett and Molly Chambers (Tim Chambers); uncle John Bradley and aunt Suzie Bradley; and his cat, Maxwell.
