Judith Devin Golden of Hampton Bays died at Westhampton Care Center on Saturday, June 17, with her daughter, Dwynn, by her side.

Born in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Carl E. and Elizabeth M. Devin, and lived on the East End for the past 40 years.

She is survived by two children, Dwynn Golden and Scott Golden; three grandchildren, Carl, Jack and Mae Loewenguth; two sisters, Diane D. Jervis and husband Paul of New Jersey and Amy D. Bischoff and husband Bruce of Pittsburgh; three brothers, Carl E. Devin and wife Robin of Rhode Island, David M. Devin of Florida and Robert M. Devin of Florida; and two nieces and three nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Glenn Golden.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Moloney-Sinnicksons Funeral Home.

Memorial donations may be made to Independent Group Home Living.

Southampton DWI Arrest for the Week of February 13

Brandon S. Link, 62, of Nevada was arrested by Westhampton Beach Police and charged with misdemeanor DWI on February 8 at 1:07 a.m. Link was pulled over at 32 Oak Street after being observed failing to use a turn signal and running a red light while driving a black Mercedes SUV with Nevada license plates, police said. Police observed that he had glassy eyes and detected a smell of alcohol and asked if he’d been drinking. Link said he had come from a bar, where he’d had a martini, according to police.
