Neil Ruxton Gross (beloved husband of Jennifer Barrett), 58, of Sagaponack, New York, and Saddle River, New Jersey, passed away by his wife’s side on October 18, 2022 at home in Sagaponack.

Neil was the son of Nelson Gross, Republican politician, and Noel Gross, owner of Dark Horse Farm in Bridgehampton.

A service will be held Tuesday October 25th, 3pm at St. Ann’s Episcopal Church 2463 Main St., Bridgehampton, NY 11932. A committal service will be held at the Garden of Memories, 300 Soldier Hill Rd, Township of Washington, NJ 07676 on Thursday, October 27th 2:45pm. Southampton DWI Arrests for the Week of January 30

Lucia Macario-Morales, 38, of Westhampton was arrested by Southampton Town Police at about 11:15 p.m. on January 24 and charged with felony aggravated DWI after being pulled over on County Road 39 for, police said, driving erratically and failing to stop at a stop sign. A check of DMV records revealed that her driver’s license was suspended and that she was required to have an interlock device installed on her vehicle.
