The Sag Harbor Masonic Club will host “Temple of the Higher Self: A Sound Journey” on Tuesday, November 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the inner sanctum of the Masonic Temple. The goal of the program is to help participants find relief from anxiety and insomnia, reset the immune system, and access intuition, noted a press release, through the use of gongs, crystal bowls, reflexology, reiki and breathwork. Spanish lessons are returning to the Sag Harbor Masonic Temple on Wednesdays from 7 to 8 p.m. Matt Tooman, a New York State certified teacher, will teach conversational Spanish in a relaxed environment. The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is offering a series of hikes to observe wintering seals at Montauk Point State Park. Beginning this month and continuing through April 2025, a State Park naturalist will lead visitors on a scenic beach walk to an area where up to five species of seals may be observed.
