Members of Save Sag Harbor asked the Village Board to hold off on adopting waterfront code changes until it added new restrictions to limit new construction to two stories along the south side of Bay Street. As the law stands, 3-story buildings, like the former Bagel Buoy, would be allowed, provided third-floor setbacks were followed. STEPHEN J. KOTZ
