Southampton Elementary School students in James O’Leary’s class recently decorated ornaments to inspire fellow students to give back this holiday season. Attached to the ornaments are holiday tags containing two Adopt-a-Families’ wish list items. Those who donate items from the Adopt-a-Family wish list are gifted one of the ornaments for their generosity. All of the ornaments and tags are displayed on a Christmas tree in the school’s main hallway.

Members of the Westhampton Beach Elementary School Student Council kicked off their annual holiday toy drive. The students created signs and
collection boxes with a goal to amass as many toys as possible during the month of December. All of the toys will be donated to the Toys for Tots program.

Members of the Westhampton Beach Elementary School Student Council recently held a successful food drive within their school community. All of the food donations, along with additional nonperishable donations from St. Mark’s Church, will be provided to Westhampton Beach Elementary School families in need during parent/teacher conferences.
