Members of the Southampton Intermediate School Builders Club are celebrating happiness during the month of April by taking part in a variety of kindness activities, including making kindness rocks and writing letters to accompany slippers donated to the Southampton Care Center.

Although COVID-19 restrictions remain in place, the Southampton School District celebrated its annual arts festival. Virtual performances have been held by the high school string orchestra, directed by Nancy Caine; the intermediate school world drumming ensemble, directed by Danielle Schulman; and several of the district’s chorus, band and jazz band ensembles.

Registration Open for Pre-K And Kindergarten at Southampton School District

Registration for pre-K and kindergarten at Southampton School district is open. Residents of the school district should call 631-591-4517 to schedule an appointment. Documentation will be required to prove age and residency. Children who will be 4 years old by December 1, 2025 are eligible for prekindergarten; those who are 5 years old by that date are eligible for kindergarten.
