Southampton High School was full of school spirit during the week of September 19 as the Mariners celebrated homecoming week. The week was marked by various theme days and events, including an annual dance, movie night, bonfire and pep rally. Members of Southampton High School’s Parrish Collaborative Club, advised by Pamela Collins, visited the Parrish Art Museum on September 21. They had the opportunity to meet with visiting artist/artist-in-residence Coby Kennedy and learn more about his work as part of the "For Freedoms" exhibit currently on display at the museum. In honor of Constitution Day, held nationally on September 17, Eastport Elementary School students attended webinars from the National Archives News about the U.S. Constitution. During their library periods and in class, they completed activities and lessons to learn more about this important historical document.
