Coach Pete Meehan didn’t mince words when talking about the Hampton Bays boys golf program: It’s starting over. After graduating seven of its nine golfers from a year ago, and being hit somewhat equally as hard the year previous, the Baymen, who finished with .500 records or better the past three years running and in the top half of League VII during that time, only have two returning players and numbers are down overall.
