Rudy Ordonez Ruano, 36, of Shirley was arrested by Westhampton Beach Police on Sunday at 8:48 p.m. at the intersection of Montauk Highway and Depot Road and charged with misdemeanor DWI. Police said an officer observed the defendant failing to maintain his lane and crossing over the shoulder line.
