Julio Chitaynij, 36, of Westhampton Beach was arrested by Westhampton Beach Village Police on September 1 at 1:04 a.m. near 112 Montauk Highway in Westhampton Beach and was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Julien Marmur, 20, of Water Mill was arrested by Southampton Town Police at about 10:30 p.m. on August 22 and charged with misdemeanor DWI after he was involved in a car accident on Flying Point Road in Water Mill.
