A 32-year-old Southampton man has been arrested and indicted in connection with a fatal hit-and-run accident that occurred on March 6 on Springville Road in Hampton Bays. Rudy Ordonez Ruano, 36, of Shirley was arrested by Westhampton Beach Police on Sunday at 8:48 p.m. at the intersection of Montauk Highway and Depot Road and charged with misdemeanor DWI.
