Clemente Cuaya, 46, of Hampton Bays was arrested just after 6 p.m. on September 12 and charged with DWI following a three-car accident on Montauk Highway near West Tiana Road in Hampton Bays. Police said the drivers of two of the vehicles involved had said the third vehicle, a dark colored pickup, had fled up West Tiana Road.
